While each church location is staffed independently, we share resources and remain connected as one Community Church Movement. Our work environment is both externally focused as we work on mission to help our communities find and follow Jesus, and internally focused as we value personal and professional growth. Our church environment is always changing and we are looking for Jesus-minded people who are flexible, industrious, and team-minded.
We ask that potential staff be fully committed followers of Christ who maintain the spiritual disciplines as outlined in our starting steps membership class as follows:
- Daily Time with God: Personal Bible reading and prayer. (2 Timothy 3:16-17, Mark 1:35)
- Giving Back to God: Tithing 10% of income to EastLake Church as an expression of faith, trust and obedience. (1 Corinthians 16:2)
- Fellowship with Other Believers: Encouraging relationships through small groups. (Hebrews 10:25)
